As tomorrow we observe in memorial with back-yard barbecue's with family and friends. We have our favorites hot dogs and hamburgers and especially barbecue chicken. As I am a barbecue coinsure and a love for all things barbecue. I like to use seasoned woods while cooking barbecue like hickory, mesquite, apple, and cherry- wood as I build on flavor. Golden Apple Barbecue Sauce
Ingredients 1 cup Heinz yellow mustard 1/4 cup honey 1/4 cup light brown sugar 1/2 cup apple cider vinegar
1 tablespoon Kikkoman Soy Sauce 1 tablespoon Heinz ketchup 2 teaspoons Lea & Perrins Worcestershire sauce 1 teaspoon garlic powder
1 teaspoon onion powder ground black pepper to taste
Instructions Mix all ingredients well. For best results, refrigerate in an airtight container overnight to allow the flavors to develop. Remove from refrigerator and allow to come to room temp and baste barbecue as desired.
