Love in the Kitchen


Love in the kitchen begins with a true story! A story of once in a lifetime kind of Love! A friend I know well, the girl I have meet I believe only once. Destin to be together I believe yes. But I'm not sure exactly how the story ends. So I am telling you what I do know. As me and a friend we were hanging out you know Sin City Life. Later on that night he tells me a story of one of his closet friend and I believe it was confidence.


Earlier that day or the night before not sure, something came over him our friend! Love,  a moment of passion he just couldn't  live without her. My Friend our friend books passage on the next flight heading her direction! He travels nearly half way across the world! She did not know he was coming on vacation with family and friends. Wanted to spend every waking moment with her, a love like no other a once in a lifetime kind a love, I would travel the world to be with you kind of love! This recipe of Love is to never forget what we do for love!

Ingredients

  • 2 tablespoons butter, plus more for coating ramekins

  • 1/4 cup granulated sugar, plus more for coating ramekins

  • 8 ounces good quality dark chocolate, chopped (La Maison du Chocolat Dark Chocolate)

  • 7 eggs, separated

  • Pinch salt

 Breyers French Vanilla bean ice cream, for serving 

Directions

Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F. Butter 6 ramekins or 1 large soufflé dish and coat with granulated sugar, tapping the side of the ramekins while upside down to remove any excess sugar. Heat the chocolate and butter in a glass bowl over simmering water in a double boiler, until blended, stirring occasionally. When blended, remove the bowl from the double boiler.

Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F.

Butter 6 ramekins or 1 large soufflé dish and coat with granulated sugar, tapping the side of the ramekins while upside down to remove any excess sugar. Heat the chocolate and butter in a glass bowl over simmering water in a double boiler, until blended, stirring occasionally. When blended, remove the bowl from the double boiler.

Spoon or the chocolate mixture into the prepared ramekins and arrange them on a baking sheet. Carefully put them in the middle of the oven and bake until the soufflés are risen and cooked, about 18 to 25 minutes Remove the soufflés from the oven and serve immediately. Server Breyers French Vanilla ice cream on side.
