Low Country Roast Turkey

Deep South Low Country Cooking! As our country was settle, table’s gathering. Cooking techniques were developed. Some of those cooking techniques are still being used today! So todays recipe we have open fire pit roast on spit. Then we also have the in ground pit hickory coal low & slow roast. In the mid 90’s I worked as a pit cook.
