One year it was my turn to make Thanksgiving Dinner. And I made Mothers green bean casserole. I've never been a big fan of the green bean casserole. Here is a play on a sinful seasonal side!

Blanch Long Beans 1 to 2 minute until desired tenderness. Allow to cool ice bath. remove from ice bath once cooled. Allow to air dry. Option for frying method. Tempura batter, Corn starch flour mixture. Or a simple pan fry.
